Albany State Sophomore Cornelius Spearman Named Herc Scholar

A native of Atlanta, Ga., Cornelius Spearman is a sophomore political Science and history major at Albany State University.  Upon graduation, he plans to go to law school and become a judge where he wants to ensure quality legal representations for all.

At Albany State University, Spearman is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Divine Vision Outreach Organization, History and Political Science Clubs, the Student Chapter of NAACP, and works as a Resident Assistant.
