“My brother is a teacher. I know the importance of education,” said Claudia.
“I love what the [Foundation] does!”
Claudia Jordan knew exactly why the Tom Joyner Foundation would be her charity of choice. The first time around she said she had never watched the show (Celebrity Apprentice) and was unprepared, but when she was selected to be back, it would be another story.
‘I had a better showing, ” said Claudia. “I was shocked to be back but I had a good experience.”
What does Claudia not do? Outside of Celebrity Apprentice, she has been very busy with projects upcoming and in the works.Claudia has booked a hosting deal with AT&T. You can catch her in the YouTube webseries, Diary of a Champion. Directed by Ingeborg C. Eiland (Inga Eiland), this webseries explores the politics and scandal behind the doors of competition between prominent athletes and coaches preparing for the 2016 games. In the future, she is working on a pilot for a music show similar to America’s Next Top Model.
With all that Claudia is involved in, her favorite has been Tiny Tonight. As Co-host of the Vh-1 talk show, Claudia along with Tameka “Tiny” Harris (singer-songwriter), Tamar Braxton (singer/reality tv star) and Trina (rapper) get together to discuss topics such as the latest gossip to what is going on in the world.
“It’s a lot of fun. I’m so grateful and it’s nice to see women in a different image compared to what’s all out there,” said Claudia.
From being on the talk show, an interaction with a fan really impacted her. It inspired her involvement in talk shows and she could see herself on a show like The View.
Claudia is a very busy woman. Even so, she still makes time to be involved in the community. Her initiative, Claudia’s Closet, is a prime example. As part of Claudia’s Closet, she collects prom dresses of all sizes for girls in need. The vision of Claudia’s Closet was started from a girl who couldn’t afford a prom dress and has now grown into a movement.
