Frank will be the featured artist and panelist at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UT Southwestern Medical) event honoring the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. UT Southwestern Medical is located in Dallas, Texas. Several new pieces will make their debut.
The following week, he will be in Washington D.C as the sole commissioned artist creating the orginal artwork for the commerative poster of The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation 2013 honoring President Barack Obama. A very limited number may be available to the general public
