Kashun Newson is a junior, biology major, music minor from Memphis, Tennessee.
This future medical doctor plans to work with Doctors Without Borders after medical school.
Kashun is a member of the world renowned Jubilee Singers, volunteers on campus, is a member of the Gay-Straight Alliance, and is a member of the Chamber Choir.
Kashun lives by the motto, “Be the change you wish to see in the world”.
