Memphis’ Zacchaeus Davis Earns Scholarship from Tom Joyner Foundation
Zacchaeus Davis, a sophomore, mathematics major with a minor in education, is the winner of this week’s $1,500 “Hercules Scholarship” presented by the Tom Joyner Foundation.
A native of Memphis, Tenn., Davis plans to become a math teacher, basketball coach and owner of an AAU basketball team.
At Lemoyne Owen, he is very involved as peer tutor, serves as a youth leader at his church, is a coach with the Memphis Storm – an AAU Basketball Team, and is a Campus Ambassador.
