March 25, 2018 by Cherie S. White

Alyson Rae Lawson is a force to be reckoned with. This young African-American Dallas native has experienced more than many as a professional in corporate America. And after winning her own 7-11 franchise, this Hampton University grad is definitely a leader of the new school!

Check out her recent exclusive interview with the Tom Joyner Foundation here, where she talks about her HBCU experience, how it shaped her into the woman she has become and offers advice for current college students who want to enter and succeed in corporate America.
