Rising Sophomore at Philander Smith College Receives $1,500 Hercules Scholarship

Benjamin Mason was named the Tom Joyner Foundation Hercules Scholar from Philander Smith College.

Benjamin is studying Business Administrations at Philander Smith College .  After earning his bachelors , he plans to further my education and receive my MBA, all while working on his goal of becoming a CEO of a company of his own, or of a Fortune 500 company.

Benjamin is very involved on the campus of Philander Smith . He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.,  Religious Life , and a Model in STUMP Modeling.  He also assist with  the elderly , feeds the homeless and has raised awareness for homelessness by spending a night in makeshift shelters made from cardboard.

The most influential people in Benjamin’s life are his parents. He says his father has been the person to inspire him to achieve greatness all throughout my life and his mother has shown him how to never quit in anything and to put effort into his goals.
