Registration Day and Assessment for New Students

SPRING 2018 CLASSES BEGIN THURSDAY, JANUARY 11, 2018

To be “Officially Enrolled” in Morris Brown College for Spring 2018, each student must complete the

4 STEPS TO ENROLLMENT

  1. ALL STUDENTS are requested to report to Financial Aid for advice, assistance and reconciliation of your account. You will be directed to proceed to the Cashier for payment, and/or your Academic Advisor for any schedule adjustments.
  2. CASHIER: Report to the Cashier to make payment and receive a “Paid Stamp”.
  3. ADVISEMENT: New students and students who did not pre-register must report to the academic Affairs office for advisement, to select courses and receive the Academic Advisor’s signature of approval.
  4. REGISTER FOR COURSES: Report to the registrar for data entry and receive your Spring 2018 printed schedule to complete the enrollment process.

Note: Dormitory students will take their Turner Seminary (ITC) I.D. pictures upon registration on their campus. I.D. pictures for off-campus students will be taken Tuesday through Thursday 4 p.m. until 7 p.m., 2nd floor President’s Conference Room.

REMINDERS

  1. The Enrollment Process: Although a New or Transfer Student received an acceptance letter to the college, the student is not considered “admitted” to the College until he or she completes the enrollment process above.
  2. Class enrollment: Each student must present his or her printed schedule signed by the registrar in order to be officially admitted in the appropriate classroom.
  3. Residential Living: Student desirous of on-campus housing must report to Mrs. Devonne McKenzie.
  4. The Withdrawal Process: To drop a course or withdraw from the institution, you must circulate an official withdrawal form and return the form signed with appropriate signatures to the Registrar. Any student failing to adhere to hte Withdrawal Process as described herein will be charged full tuition and fees for the entire semester.
