My Dreams and Aspirations
My Dreams and Aspirations as an adult are to first get a college degree in what it is that I am majoring in and hopefully get a good paying job from there. Before I get into my field of work, I also plan on playing basketball overseas. My reason for doing that is because it has simply been my dream since I was in middle school. Just playing professionally doing what I love to do is and has always been a dream of mine, but getting a college degree has been one also.
My mother and my father both have a college degree so I would love to follow in those steps they have set before me. So with both a degree and playing professionally, it would just put me in the right direction to someday have a family of my own and learn how to adjust to life going on and being responsible. I just simply want to be a success in life and be able to live comfortably and healthy and be able to take care of my family’s family.
When I first got back into school last semester I had no idea I would be able to adapt to the school work and also play basketball on the court. It had been two years prior to this year since I had been enrolled in any school, and for the longest, I was a little scared about just jumping back into school because of just having to adjust back into being a student-athlete. I also would never forget the college of Huston-Tillotson University for allowing me to continue to pursue my dreams and aspirations for becoming what I want to be in life. So with that being said, I would like to thank and wish everyone the best of luck with their lifelong adventures and to also never give up on their goals and what they believe in because anything is possible.
