Meet Talladega’s last Hercules Scholar of the Month

March 28, 2019 by abolden

GPA: 3.81
Hometown: Florida
Major: Business Business Accounting
Classification: Junior
Motto: “To serve others before myself”

Congratulations Cheikh Ahmadou Bamba Ndiaye! This week’s Herc Scholar had a few words to share about himself:

My post-graduation plan is to go to grad school to obtain my master’s in accounting. I am the president of the Presidential Honor Society Club of Talladega College, Talladega College International Club, and member of the Black Gentleman Coalition. I was also personally appointed by the school’s president Dr. Billy Hawkins as a member of the Student Government Association committee.

My father is the person who influenced me the most in my life. He was the first to go to college in his family and he became a doctor after years of dedication and hard work. He is someone who devoted his life to the service of others and their wellbeing.

The motto that I live by is “To serve others before myself”
