‘In God’s Hands, I Can Never Fail’: Justin Sharp is Today’s Hercules Scholar

Career goal: to become a biochemist and make medicine and treat people

Congratulations to Justin, a future biochemist who, after graduation, plans to further his education by attending graduate school to pursue his medical degree. As a grad student, Justin will strive to develop the skills needed to do research for medicines to treat those with incurable diseases and illnesses prevalent in our society today.

Aside from school, Justin is president of the school’s poetry club, is a member of the track and field team, cross country and the honors society.

His mother is the most influential person in his life. Justin credits his mother with teaching him about personal responsibility and handling life’s challenges in the best way possible. His mother also taught him how to be tough through hard times and to never be afraid to talk to God.

Justin’s life motto is: “In God’s hands, I can never fail.”
