Cordell, a Freshman at South Carolina State University was named the Tom Joyner Foundation “Hercules Scholar ” for this week.
Mr. Brown is originally from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and currently has a 3.50 GPA. He is majoring in Biology at South Carolina State University. He is a member of the Honors College at SCState. After earning his Bachelors he wants to attend Graduate school and then pursue is Doctorate degree in Orthopedics. On the campus of South Carolina State, he volunteers with the football team, Honors College, and Felton Laboratory School. He mentions that the most influential people to his life is his father .
